By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or purchasing services from ATX Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

ATX Mobile Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services in Austin, Texas and surrounding service areas.

Services and pricing may vary depending on the vehicle's size, condition, level of contamination, and the services requested.

Quotes may be based on information provided by the customer and may be adjusted after inspecting the vehicle if its condition differs significantly from what was originally described.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for informing ATX Mobile Detailing of any known damage, defects, fragile components, aftermarket modifications, electrical issues, or other concerns before service begins.

ATX Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, including but not limited to:

Scratches

Dents

Paint defects

Clear coat failure

Cracked or damaged trim

Loose interior panels

Damaged upholstery

Failing or damaged window tint

Mechanical or electrical issues

Previously repaired or damaged components

Some defects or damage may become more visible after a vehicle has been thoroughly cleaned.

Personal Property

Customers should remove valuables and important personal items from the vehicle before service.

ATX Mobile Detailing is not responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle.

Results

We make every reasonable effort to achieve high-quality detailing results.

However, some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, oxidation, pet hair, contamination, or permanent damage may not be completely removable.

Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and materials of the vehicle.

Pricing

Prices shown on our website or marketing materials are starting prices unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring significantly more time or labor because of excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, trash, contamination, neglect, or other unusual conditions.

Any significant additional charges will be discussed with the customer.

Mobile Service Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is legally and safely accessible at the scheduled service location.

ATX Mobile Detailing may decline or discontinue service if the location or working conditions are unsafe.

Photos

ATX Mobile Detailing may take before-and-after photographs of vehicles for documentation, quality control, and promotional purposes.

Customers who do not want their vehicle used in marketing materials may notify us before or during their appointment.

We will not intentionally publish personally identifying information such as license plates or customer information without permission.

Communications

By requesting a quote or providing your contact information, you authorize ATX Mobile Detailing to contact you regarding your request, services, appointment, or related offers by phone, text message, or email.

You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATX Mobile Detailing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability for any claim related to a detailing service will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

ATX Mobile Detailing may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on our website and will become effective on the date listed above.
